13th  ANNUAL REELFOOT LAKE EAGLE FESTIVAL
February 3, 4, & 5, 2017
The Festival was a great weekend – weather was good.
Thanks for all who participated in the Art & Photo Contests! I love to see the kids getting involved. Plan for next year.
The Animal & Bird of Prey Programs had huge crowds. Bob Tarter & the Stokes had awesome programs.

We have 35 Nesting Resident Eagles & We have been seeing up to 70 Eagles a day!

4 – 8pm –Vendors Open in Ellington Hall Building (State Park)

4 – 8pm Entries for Art & Photography Contests turn in at Tourism Booth (Deadline Saturday 11:00am)

7:00pm – Welcome & Overview to Eagle & Waterfowl Watcher’s

7:30pm – Slide Show Program on Nature, Wildlife & History of Reelfoot Lake

NEW: Scavenger Hunt: Find the “Hidden Creatures/Birds” around the State Park & an old fashioned Scavenger Hunt visiting locations around the Lake

1st Place cash prize in each age group is based on entries 80% of entries is paid out to 1st place.
